The First Act
The Nullification of all the decisions
from the 1884-85 Berlin Accords on Africa
From November 15, 1884 to February 26, 1885 European powers have ratified accords, resolutions, and treaties on and about the continent of Africa. By the end of 1914, these European powers had fully divided the Continent of Africa among themselves into fifty colonies or territories, which became later countries. The effect of these resolutions, accords, and treaties have at best impeded the development of the Continent; and at worst stopped the natural development of the Continent up to today.
The FIRST ACT represents the ACT of NULLIFICATION of all Accords, resolutions, and treaties on or about the Continent of Africa from November 1884 to December 31, 2019.
By signing this First Act, you pledge to:
- Not ACKNOWNELDGE any Accord, Resolution, and Treaty ratified before January 1, 2020.
- Not ABIDE the consequences for such Accords, Resolutions, and Treaties.
- Not ACKNOWLEDGE the borders established by such Accords, Resolutions, and Treaties outside the natural border between African states.
With your signature, you will join a community to NULLIFY ALL the Accords, Resolution, and Treaties, including those from the 1884-85 Berlin conferences and any other conferences thereafter on Africa. The effect of the FIRST ACT becomes fully effective on January First, twenty-twenty (January 1, 2020).
